Born in Transylvania, Romania, she began her professional career as a ski instructor.
Further positions followed in the hotel industry and in the automotive sales sector before she deepened her knowledge in the beauty and wellness industry.
With over 22 years of experience as the head of a holistic institute, she developed a holistic concept that brings body, mind and soul into harmony.
Today she works as a Holistic Lifestyle & Soul Coach and uses her combined knowledge of coaching, hypnosis, energy work and mindfulness to promote sustainable well-being and inner balance and to lead people to a happy and fulfilled life.
