§ 1 Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded upon submission of the application form.
§ 2 Payment Terms
The membership fee is due within 10 days after acceptance and must be paid to the account: RESET NOW.life Martina Dieckmann, IBAN: DE54 3905 0001 0773 41558.
§ 3 Termination
The notice period is 1 month before the end of the calendar year and must be submitted in writing to the email address: info@resetnow.life.
§ 4 Confidentiality
The content of this contract is subject to confidentiality and may not be shared with third parties.
§ 5 Intellectual Property
All documents and PPTs are the intellectual property of RESET NOW.life and may not, without explicit permission from RESET NOW.life, be shared with third parties, even partially.
§ 6 Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction and performance is Aachen. German law exclusively applies.
§ 15 Severability Clause
If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected. The parties agree that the invalid provision must be replaced by an agreement that corresponds to the content and purpose of the invalid provision.
